Return and Refunds

If for any reason you've decided you'd like to return an order, you have 14 days from the date you received your order. Please contact our customer service team at
hello@magicglow.com.au providing all of the following conditions have been met:

• Items must be in original condition and must not have been used, damaged or washed.
• Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain.
• All packaging shipped with your order must be returned.
• MagicGlow does not cover the costs of returns, return postage costs are at customer’s expense.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, costs are at customer’s expense.
• All sale items purchased are not returnable nor refundable.
